Low cost homes

We recognise that there is a huge housing crisis in Cornwall and we want to make a difference within the Hayle and St Ives Community Network Area (see map) by acquiring buildings and land to make flexible low cost homes for local people to rent and buy.

Our projects are based on community involvement and local needs / aspirations. Our members and the communities they represent shape the projects we make.

We will only make homes that include spaces to work or study and where indoor and outdoor are suitable for a low carbon Cornish life.
